1. WELCOME TO THE HUB
Welcome to the Glorious Life Transformation Hub (the “Hub”), a membership community and resource library created to provide ongoing opportunities for growth, encouragement, teaching, coaching, spiritual formation, practical tools, and mentorship.
The Hub is designed to support you in continuing to grow in the areas addressed through Glorious Life Mentorship. Depending on the current Hub calendar and available resources, your membership may include live experiences, teaching, activations, coaching opportunities, replays, digital resources, and other educational materials.
By purchasing or activating a Hub membership and checking the box indicating your agreement to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
2. WHO WE ARE
The Glorious Life Transformation Hub is operated by Glorious Life Mentorship, operated by Kelsey Aper, a New York sole proprietorship.
The Hub is a mentorship, educational, and coaching, experience. Glorious Life Mentorship is not a church or religious institution, and Kelsey Aper is not a pastor or a representative of a church through the Hub.
The Hub may include Biblical teaching, prayer, spiritual encouragement, and other Christian content. Participation in the Hub does not create a pastoral, clergy, church, or ecclesiastical relationship between you and Glorious Life Mentorship.
3. MEMBERSHIP
Hub membership provides access to the Hub community and the resources and experiences made available to members during their active membership.
Depending on the membership offering available to you, the Hub may include:
A rotating calendar of live teachings, experiences, and activations
Live coaching and mentorship opportunities
Hot-Seat Coaching
Real-Time Member Q&A
Connection with other members
Replays of eligible live events and coaching sessions
A growing replay and resource vault
Downloadable tools and resources
Worksheets and exercises
E-courses
Journals and e-books
Guided practices and activations
Educational templates and other resources
Opportunities to receive information about or access VIP tickets to certain in-person experiences, retreats, workshops, or events
Additional resources and experiences that may be added to the Hub over time
The specific content, schedule, frequency, format, and availability of live experiences may vary.
The Hub does not promise a specific number of live events, coaching sessions, resources, topics, or other offerings within any particular month unless expressly stated in the applicable membership offer.
Glorious Life Mentorship may add, modify, reorganize, replace, or discontinue particular resources, events, topics, formats, or features of the Hub as the membership develops.
4. HUB ACCESS & COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP
Your Hub membership gives you access to the Hub for the period during which your membership remains active and in good standing.
Access may include the Hub's digital resource library, community, live experiences, and eligible replays.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, Hub access is dependent upon an active membership.
If your membership ends, is cancelled, or is suspended because of nonpayment or violation of these Terms, your access to the Hub, community, recordings, and member resources may be suspended or terminated.
Glorious Life Mentorship may determine the appropriate platform, technology, or community environment through which the Hub is delivered and may change those platforms when reasonably necessary.
5. REPLAYS & RECORDINGS
When live Hub experiences are recorded, eligible members may receive access to the resulting replay.
Replays may include recordings of:
Live teachings
Coaching meetings
Q&A sessions
Activations
Other eligible Hub experiences
Replays are provided for the personal use of active members.
As long as you maintain an active Hub membership and remain in good standing, you may access the recordings and resources made available to you through the Hub.
Glorious Life Mentorship does not guarantee that every live experience will be recorded or that every recording will remain available indefinitely.
Technical issues, privacy considerations, guest permissions, platform limitations, or other circumstances may occasionally prevent a session from being recorded or distributed.
6. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
The Hub is intended to be a respectful, encouraging, and confidential environment.
By participating in the Hub community, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that supports the wellbeing and dignity of other members.
You agree not to:
Harass, threaten, demean, intimidate, bully, or verbally abuse another member
Make hostile, degrading, discriminatory, or intentionally disruptive remarks
Share another member's private information outside the Hub
Share another member's personal story, testimony, struggles, or circumstances outside the Hub without permission
Screenshot or distribute private conversations, posts, messages, coaching interactions, or other member content
Record Hub experiences without express permission
Publicly share or distribute Hub recordings
Use the Hub to solicit, pitch, or sell products or services to other members without express permission
Send unsolicited sales messages or promotional direct messages to members
Recruit members into MLMs, affiliate programs, business opportunities, organizations, or similar ventures
Use the Hub primarily as a source of leads or clients
Gossip about members or disclose confidential information shared within the community
Intentionally disrupt live sessions or community discussions
Engage in inappropriate, abusive, threatening, or otherwise harmful communication
You are welcome to share your own experiences, insights, and original ideas. However, please treat the personal information and stories of other members with care and confidentiality.
Glorious Life Mentorship reserves the right to remove content, restrict participation, suspend access, or terminate membership when conduct violates these guidelines or otherwise interferes with the integrity or safety of the community.
7. SUPPORT
Email Support
Email support during designated Monday–Friday support availability.
Live Q&A
Opportunities to ask questions and receive support during applicable live training or coaching calls.
The Hub is not unlimited private coaching and is not intended to replace ongoing private coaching, therapy, medical care, pastoral care, or crisis services.
8. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
The Hub provides education, mentorship, coaching, encouragement, tools, and opportunities for reflection and growth.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, interpretations, relationships, finances, career, health, spiritual life, and overall wellbeing.
You understand that participation in the Hub does not guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, relational, professional, financial, business, emotional, or other outcome.
Any examples or stories shared by Kelsey Aper, Glorious Life Mentorship, Coaches, or members represent individual experiences and should not be understood as promises or guarantees of what you will experience.
9. NOT THERAPY, MEDICAL CARE, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
The Hub is not psychotherapy, counseling, mental-health treatment, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial or investment advice, or employment or career advice.
Glorious Life Mentorship does not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions.
Nothing in the Hub should be understood as a substitute for qualified professional care.
If you are experiencing a medical, mental-health, or other emergency, you should seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance.
Biblical teaching, prayer, spiritual encouragement, and other faith-based content offered through the Hub are not a substitute for pastoral care, church leadership, or other professional services you may need.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original materials created by Glorious Life Mentorship or Kelsey Aper and provided through the Hub remain the intellectual property of Glorious Life Mentorship and/or their respective owner, unless otherwise expressly stated.
This may include:
Teaching materials
Written content
Videos and recordings
Audio recordings
Frameworks
Exercises
Activations
Worksheets
Journals
E-books
Courses
Templates
Guides
Educational resources
Proprietary concepts and methodologies
Other original Hub materials
Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use these materials for your own personal growth and application.
You may not, without prior written permission:
Copy or reproduce Hub materials for distribution
Sell Hub materials
Upload Hub materials to another website, platform, membership, course, or community
Share your membership login or access credentials
Publicly distribute Hub recordings
Repackage Hub materials into your own course, program, workshop, membership, training, or product
Teach, present, or market Glorious Life Mentorship's proprietary frameworks or teachings as your own
Create derivative commercial products from Hub materials
Remove copyright, branding, or ownership notices
Use Hub materials to train or develop another commercial education program
Give Hub materials to another person who is not authorized to access them
You are absolutely encouraged to apply what you learn to your own life, work, relationships, creative expression, ministry, or business.
Your own original thoughts, experiences, stories, writings, ideas, and work that you independently create remain yours.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Hub may involve the sharing of personal experiences, struggles, questions, testimonies, ideas, and other information that members reasonably expect to remain within the community.
You agree to respect the privacy of other members and not disclose or distribute confidential information shared within the Hub without permission.
Please use wisdom when sharing personal information in any online community. Glorious Life Mentorship cannot guarantee that every member will comply with these confidentiality expectations.
12. RECORDING & PARTICIPATION
By participating in a live Hub experience that is recorded, you understand that your voice, name, comments, questions, or other participation may appear in the recording.
You may choose not to share personal information during a recorded session if you do not want that information included in the replay.
Glorious Life Mentorship may use recordings for the purpose of providing replay access to Hub members and participants.
Public use of your likeness, testimonial, or personal story for marketing purposes is not automatically granted by this Agreement and may require separate permission or consent where applicable.
13. FEES & PAYMENT
The applicable membership fee, billing frequency, and payment terms will be presented to you at the time you enroll.
By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge you according to the membership option you selected.
If your membership is recurring, your membership will continue and applicable recurring charges will continue according to the terms presented at checkout until you cancel in accordance with the applicable cancellation process.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
If a payment fails, is declined, or remains unpaid, Glorious Life Mentorship may suspend or terminate your access to the Hub and community.
Any unpaid amount that was properly due before suspension or termination remains owed.
14. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All Hub membership payments are nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by Glorious Life Mentorship in writing.
If you choose not to participate in a live experience, do not use the available resources, or stop participating in the community, you are not entitled to a refund for that period.
For recurring memberships, you may cancel future membership renewals according to the cancellation process provided at enrollment or through the applicable membership platform.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not ordinarily entitle you to a refund of a payment that has already been processed.
Glorious Life Mentorship may, in its discretion, make an exception to this policy in an individual circumstance. Any such exception does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in the future.
15. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Glorious Life Mentorship may suspend or terminate your Hub membership or access to the community if you:
Fail to make required payments
Violate these Terms
Violate community guidelines
Share or misuse proprietary materials
Record or distribute Hub content without permission
Harass, threaten, demean, or abuse another person
Engage in disruptive or hostile conduct
Use the Hub for unsolicited selling, solicitation, or recruiting
Breach confidentiality
Engage in conduct that materially interferes with the Hub or its members
If Glorious Life Mentorship terminates your membership for a violation of these Terms, access to the Hub and its resources may be revoked immediately.
If Glorious Life Mentorship terminates a prepaid membership for reasons unrelated to your violation of these Terms, Glorious Life Mentorship may provide a refund for any unused prepaid portion, calculated in a reasonable manner.
For a recurring membership, future recurring charges will stop following termination.
16. CHANGES TO THE HUB
The Hub is intended to grow and evolve.
Glorious Life Mentorship may update the Hub's content, schedule, resources, platform, community structure, instructors or Coaches, and methods of delivery.
We may add new resources and experiences, reorganize existing resources, or discontinue particular resources or experiences.
No particular teaching, event, Coach, resource, recording, or feature is guaranteed to remain available forever unless expressly stated otherwise.
Material changes to these Membership Terms may be communicated through an updated version of the Terms, the Hub platform, email, or another reasonable method of notice.
17. NO GUARANTEES
Glorious Life Mentorship makes no guarantees regarding any particular outcome from your participation in the Hub.
This includes, without limitation, any guaranteed outcome relating to:
Spiritual growth
Emotional wellbeing
Relationships
Personal development
Career
Employment
Business
Finances
Income
Creativity
Ministry
Productivity
Health
Confidence
Decision-making
Life circumstances
Your results depend on many factors, including your individual circumstances, choices, participation, application, and factors outside the control of Glorious Life Mentorship.
18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Hub and its materials are provided on an “as available” basis.
While Glorious Life Mentorship makes reasonable efforts to provide valuable and functional resources, we do not warrant that every aspect of the Hub will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or available.
We are not responsible for technical interruptions, internet outages, third-party platform failures, recording failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Glorious Life Mentorship, Kelsey Aper, and any Coaches, contractors, or representatives involved in providing the Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your participation in the Hub.
Your participation is voluntary, and you assume responsibility for the decisions you make and actions you take based on information, teaching, coaching, or resources provided through the Hub.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
20. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
The Hub may use third-party platforms and services to provide payment processing, community access, video hosting, email, messaging, scheduling, or other functions.
Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable third party's own terms and privacy policies.
Glorious Life Mentorship is not responsible for the independent practices, policies, security, availability, or functionality of third-party platforms.
21. ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
You agree that your electronic acceptance of these Terms constitutes your agreement to be bound by them.
By checking the box indicating that you have read and agree to the Glorious Life Transformation Hub Membership Terms & Agreement and then submitting your membership purchase or enrollment, you are affirmatively agreeing to these Terms.
You do not need to provide a handwritten signature for your electronic acceptance to be effective.
Your electronic acceptance may be associated with the name, email address, date, time, payment information, and other transaction information collected through the enrollment or checkout process.
You are responsible for reviewing these Terms before completing your purchase.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your participation in the Hub shall be addressed in accordance with applicable New York law and in a court of competent jurisdiction.
23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
24. NO WAIVER
A failure by Glorious Life Mentorship to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Membership Terms, together with any specific membership offer, checkout terms, or other written terms expressly incorporated into your Hub enrollment, constitute the agreement between you and Glorious Life Mentorship regarding your Hub membership.
These Terms supersede prior verbal or written understandings concerning the Hub membership, except where a separate written agreement expressly states that it controls.
26. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By checking the agreement box during Hub enrollment and submitting your payment, you acknowledge that:
You have had an opportunity to review these Membership Terms.
You understand that these Terms govern your Hub membership.
You voluntarily agree to these Terms.
You understand that Hub membership payments are generally nonrefundable.
You understand that your membership and community access depend upon remaining in good standing.
You understand that the Hub is an educational, coaching, mentorship, spiritual-growth, and community experience and is not therapy, medical treatment, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional treatment or advice.
You agree to respect the privacy, dignity, and confidentiality of other Hub members.
You agree not to copy, distribute, repackage, sell, or present Glorious Life Mentorship's proprietary materials as your own.
You understand that the Hub may evolve over time and that particular resources or live experiences are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
You understand that checking the agreement box and completing your enrollment constitutes your electronic acceptance of these Terms.
